Best of luck to you...I know you are going to have a very successful career in real-estate.  You did an excellent job on my house.  I think the thing I liked the most about you is how much care and concern you showed me (that means so much to me as a client only b/c I work for such a service driven company).  Really I think that a strong work ethic and just being nice to people are foundations for success in any industry.  Also, a big thing for me was knowing how much effort you two put into marketing..you feel like and know that you two will be working hard to sell any house you list..that is impressive
